National Webinar: ‘‘Snehakalpana: Peculiarity & Concerns in formulations Development – An Applied Aspect
Department of Rasa-shastra and Bhaishajya Kalpana DY Patil Deemed to be University, School of Ayurveda, Nerul, Navi Mumbai successfully conducted a National Webinar on ‘‘Snehakalpana: Peculiarity & Concerns in formulations Development – An Applied Aspect ’ on Wednesday, 7th October 2020 at 11 am onwards for all UG & PG Students, consultants, and Teaching staff through Zoom online platform.
The program started as per schedule with Salutation to Lord Dhanvantari, followed by a Welcome Speech given by our departmental faculty Dr. Kavita Turambekar (Assistant Prof. Dept. of Rasashastra & Bhaishajya Kalpana). Initially, All participants and dignitaries are welcomed. After that Dr. Maheshkumar Harit, Dean, School of Ayurveda; DY Patil Deemed to be University, Navi – Mumbai welcomed our guest speaker & inaugurated the National Webinar with his motivational words.
Later on, the Speech started by Speaker Dr. Prashant Bedarkar Sir, M D (Rasashastra), Ph.D., Associate Professor at IPGT & RA, Gujarat Ayurved University, Jamnagar. The webinar conducted through online platforms via Zoom Meeting and Facebook Live. The prime focus of this webinar was to educate students and teachers regarding the ancient and modern concept of Sneha Kalpana. He conducted a very scientific, informative, and enlightening Seminar. He threw light on the topic in a very different and unique way. He explained the importance of knowledge of modern sophisticated techniques for the standardization of Sneha Kalpana in a very elaborative way which will help all the UG and PG students to upgrade their knowledge from the same perspective. After completion of Sirs innovative and valuable speech question and answer session conducted by Dr. Kavita Turambekar Madam. A total of two hundred delegates from various Ayurveda institutions all over India participated in this webinar. At last Dr. Archana Gharote Professor & H.O.D Department of Rasa-shastra and Bhaishajya Kalpana School of Ayurveda proposed a vote of thanks.
