Achievement at 41st Conference of Indian Society of Pedodontics and Preventive Dentistry
The 41st Indian Society of Pediatric and Preventive Dentistry Conference at ITS Dental College, held at Greater Noida from the 7th to 9th of November, 2019 was attended by the postgraduate students from the Department of Pediatric and Preventive Dentistry. It is a proud moment for us to announce that many of our students were awarded for best poster and paper presentations. Our 1st year Post Graduate students presented various E-posters in Pediatric Dentistry and were awarded for the following posters; Dr.Heer Kadhi and Dr.Jinal Desai won the best poster for presenting on “Use of Minimal Invasive Techniques for Young Permanent teeth”. Dr.Shreya Khodke and Dr.Nupur Agarwal won the best poster for presenting on “Dietary Patterns In Infancy and its association with Early Childhood Caries”.
Dr.Althea Dsouza and Dr.Zaineb Farooque won the best poster for presenting on “Nanotechnology in Caries Preventive Agents”. Our 2nd year Post Graduate students also presented E-Papers and were awarded for the following papers; Dr.Heenal Gurnani presented on “Bailing the frowns: An in vivo study in children with ADHD”. Dr.Kiran Dhanotra presented on “To evaluate the in-Vivo efficacy of an IgY based chewable tablet on plaque level using a novel 3 tone plaque disclosing agent in children”. Dr. Rucha Bhise Patil, Assistant Professor, also attended the conference and was invited as a chairperson to judge a paper presentation session.
