This bakery kitchen consist two rooms;
1) Bakery section or oven room
2) Pastry section or chocolate room
Each and every students learn how to make different variety of bread as well as international bread, lots of variety of desserts, and the best part chocolates and its garnishes. Here we train the students for industry. So as you know we have a best infrastructure, so we hold many events in the campus. So we teach students for bulk preparation, how to maintain store perfectly, as per SOP. So each students get bundle of knowledge.
