Career prospects as a chef in the airline industry.

 Purpose: interaction with culinary students

Chef .Vrundan raut visited the campus of the 7th sep t to interact with students  and to guide them for their career as a chef. Chef .Vrundan  has been working as a in-flight  chef for Etihad airways and currently working as a sous chef for the award winning VIP airport lounges at Abu Dhabi international airport.

Chef .Vrundan discussed various career options available with the students in the air line industry both domestic and international. He introduced the concept of in-flight chef in the airline industry to the students. He discussed with students his daily work routines in the long distance flights and how he cope up with the pressure of delivering 100% in terms of quality standards set by the 5 star rated air line company.

He answered various questions of students like,

Preparation of interviews for airline companies

 Which cuisine to master to get a highly paid job.

Which company to choose for a staple career.

Overall it was an very energetic , interactive  and knowledgeable session for the culinary students.
