Food and Beverage redefined

At the SHTS it is always our endeavor to offer the best of Education with Best of Technology. With this in mind we have developed a Restaurant attached to a Kitchen for each Year, as per the curriculum requirement. Accordingly we have a 60 cover Basic Training Restaurant for First Year Students, in which First Years are taught the basics of service and are also served Continental & Indian Food prepared by their peers during their Practical Session. We have a 40 cover Quantity Training Restaurant for Second Years. The Quantity Training Restaurant is divided into such that students are taught Wine Training in one section and the other section caters to the Student Cafeteria which has a capacity of 120. We also have 60 cover Advanced Training Restaurant for Third Year Students. Our Advanced Training Restaurant is run by our Third Year Students who serve A la Carte Food and various Mocktails & Beverages to all the Faculties during Lunch hours.
