D.Y.Patil University School of Hospitality & Tourism Studies organised a ten day visit to Paris, Normandy, Belgium and Reims for the students from 21st March 2018 to 29th March 2018. The students flew via Gulf air with a layover at Bahrain and started their visit with the tour of Paris. The students were spellbound by the serene landscape of the European continent and enjoyed their visits to all the tourist spots. Students visited the Eiffel tower, Louvre Museum, Notre Dame and many other places in the city.
The students also visited Le Cordon Bleu, the oldest and most respected hotel management college of the world. Our students attended a culinary and bakery workshop in their campus in which they made French delicacies with their chefs. Our college is the first Indian college ever to have visited Le Cordon Blue ever. The students were awarded certificates as well as hampers for attending the workshop. Students also visited the champagne houses, cheese factories and local universities. They also visited Disneyland and enjoyed the wonders created by Walt Disney.
