MORDE CHOCOLATE WORKSHOP 2017 AT D.Y.PATIL UNIVERSITY’S SCHOOL OF HOSPITALITY & TOURISM STUDIES
Chocolate has become one of the most popular food types and flavours in the world, and a vast number of foodstuffs involving chocolate.
Particularly desserts including cakes, pudding, mousse, chocolate brownies, and chocolate chip cookies.
DYPU SHTS took the initiative to engage our students in MORDE WORKSHOP to gain there knowledge IN THE FIELD OF CHOCOLATIER AND CONFECTIONS The event was held on 30th of JAN 2018 FROM 12PM TO 3PM at ATR(Advance Training Restaurant).
