Sula Wine Workshop

The wine tasting session was conducted by Ms. Anshita Chawla an expert sommelier from the Sula vineyards. Wines tasted in the session were made from the grape varieties like Chenin Blanc, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc & Mosiac.

The objectives of the training were as follows:-

  • To make the students understand the history ofSula and how the company flourished.

  • Different types of wine producing grapes cultivated inSula

  • Different types of red and white wines and champagnes.

  • International export and import quality of wines and champagne,Sula

  • Explanation about the study in wines and a valuable contribution fromSula towards it.

  • Tasting of the red, white wine and champagne.​

  • Blind wine tasting of the wine.​
