Grievance Redressal Mechanism

DY Patil Deemed to be University School of Management has an effective mechanism in place to deal with the day to day grievances related to the Students and the Parents. Grievance Redressal Cell has been constituted in accordance with the UGC and AICTE  guidelines. It has been constituted with the aim to provide easy and accessible machinery for the prompt disposal of the day to day genuine grievances of the student community and to make the student community to pursue their education in a congenial atmosphere. Complete confidentiality is maintained.

The aggrieved students and parents shall represent their grievance in writing to dypusm.grievance@dypatil.edu, which is acknowledged. The School formally will review all cases and students and parents then would be communicated about the decision of the School.
