We follow a semester pattern with grading system 40% weightage is given to internal assessment markings and 60% final(external). A management committee makes sure that the examination is conducted under strict vigilance and the decorum of the examination is maintained as per the standards of the university norms.
Academic evaluation is an integral part of the School of law and is an instrument to test what the students have learned and retained.
Internal assessment will be based on
1) Class attendence minimum requirement 75%
2) Assignment and theory classes
3) Mid term examination
4) Internal viva and presentation for project
5) In case students attendence is less then 75% than students shall not be allowed to attend exmination.
External examination evaluation is according to the rules and regulations of the university as they conduct examination for Degree Programmes. LLB is a first professional degree in law and duration is 3 years, in which the LLB curriculum is divided into 6 semesters. B.Com LLB and BALLB are five-year undergraduate programs that are a combination of law and commerce studies. The course is divided into ten semesters designed to provide students with knowledge of subjects of commerce and business background along with different laws vital in a professional world.
