Once you learn the basics of bakery and pastry, you need to start accepting challenges about bulk production, FIFO & hygiene. We welcome to this bakery, to polish your basic knowledge, with the best chefs and best equipment.
This bakery kitchen consist of two rooms;
1) Bakery section or oven room
2) Pastry section or chocolate room
All students learn how to make different varieties of bread as well as international bread, lots of variety of desserts, and the best part, chocolates and its garnishes. Here we train the students for the industry. As we have the best infrastructure, We organize many events in the campus. We teach students for bulk preparation, how to maintain the store perfectly, as per SOP. Each students gets bundle of knowledge.
