The Bachelor of Naturopathy and Yogic Science (BNYS) is an undergraduate degree that focuses on naturopathy and applying yoga to treat physical problems. Naturopathy is an alternative kind of treatment that heal sand prevents without the use of pharmaceuticals or medicines.As a result,it is frequently

non-prescriptive and non-in vasive.Yoga, on the other hand , does the same thing through breathing, meditation, and asanas . Naturopathy is an alternative medicine that claims that foreign material in the body is the root of all diseases .It tries to heal the body by allowing it to heal itself, a process known as self-healing.’

 

Acupuncture, massage, and nutritional counselling are some of the therapies used in the procedure .Yoga is a physical, mental , and spiritual activity dating back to ancient India and aims to achieve ideal spiritual insight and harmony while focusing on the Super Soul.
On the Other hand , Yogic sciences research how yoga can live a healthy and stable existence. This is accomplished mainly through asanas, meditation, and breathing techniques. These issues and their implementation in today’s society are the emphases of the BNYS degree.

This is merely a foundation course that Will allow graduates to specialize further.
